New (old) pictures on Dumont Web site

I've posted some pictures of people hard at work at Dumont Press Graphix during the 1970s. You can see the thumbnails here: www.dumontpressgraphix.ca/thumbs.html

  1. As a student movement, farmers union and trade union organizer I really appreciated the intellectual knowledge that Dumont Press was able to impart. As we worked through the praxis of the moment- thought, action and reflection were all critical to making real change. Thanks to all of those who kept this very important work going at Dumont Press Graphix. Last year I was able to be in the vicinity of the Dumont Press Graphic stomping grounds doing a segment for the history of the National Farmers Union (remember the Kraft Boycott) - called In Union is Strength on You Tube. Have a great reunion - In Solidarity, Don, www.makingthelinksradio.ca

  2. Thank you Steve for posting the pictures. This reunion has been a mental walk down memory lane.
Were we ever so young? Still am!
I was not involved with Dumont, as I recall - was highly involved with the Campus Centre, Feds and Chevron.
So, really on the fringe involvment with Dumont and in friendship with many over the early years.
    Great to reconnect with y'all.
